Orders before 9am are shipped the same day, and all orders after 9am or over the weekend are shipped the following business day. Click and collect at Carvin Streetwear is generally ready for collection the next business day after 2pm unless advised. Orders including Rural are generally received the next business day from shipping date. Please allow for extra time for Rural delivery and some orders maybe delayed for circumstances out of the couriers control.

We are happy to accept returns on all unused items due to sizing/fit or change your mind. Items MUST be in unused condition and not worn or contain any marks, animal fur or stains. Unless product is damaged or faulty, postage will be at a cost to the customer. If an item is returned in used or damaged condition made by the customer, no refund or exchange will processed and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
